Can you use razer onza on pc

This mechanical switch is also used on our PC gaming mice. It has a much shorter travel distance and allows the gamer to press it at a faster rate.

Furthermore, there is an audible and tactile "click" feedback when the button is actuated. Otherwise, please click here to download and install the driver from Microsoft. If the above does not work you may need to help Windows find the driver. Your Razer Onza is fully PC compatible without the need for any drivers.

The slight rattle you hear when the controller vibrates or when you shake the Razer Onza is normal. This is simply the X, Y, A and B buttons moving and is the typical sound you may notice under those circumstances. The Razer Onza has a standard 2. Any microphone with a 2. For optimal gameplay experience, we recommend using the new Razer Chimaera 5. Razer is one of the biggest names in the gaming market, famed for their range of award-winning peripherals, as well as their support for eSports and their related gaming teams.

This is due to the MFB buttons on the rear of the controller, an aspect of its design that we shall take a closer look at in a moment. Controllers with Turbo capabilities allow Players to press a button that results in their Character performing a set of actions that would normally require the Player to press the same button multiple times. Controllers with Button Mapping capabilities allow Players to map a button sequence to a specific button. Pressing that button results in their Character performing a set of actions that would normally require the Player to press multiple buttons.

The controller comes packaged in a half plastic display box, it gives you a great view of the controller and also highlights some of the major features such as the adjustable analogue sticks, Multi Function Buttons MFB and Backlit hyperesponse action buttons.

Of course an important badge here is the official Xbox licence in the bottom light, this is a fully licensed product that will work with all Xbox models. Around the back we have a much more detailed breakdown of the controllers features, but of course well take an even better look at those in a moment.

The controller its self comes finish in a durable and grippy feeling rubber, a big improvement over the hard plastic of the original Xbox controller, although it can be a little more challenging to keep clean as dust tend to stick to the surface. One feature that does stand out is the Razer logo on the right side of the controller, it adds a nice touch of style to the controller, and there is no doubt that this is a Razer product.

The twin analogue sticks feature a rotating mechanism underneath the top of the thumb stick. This can be rotated with a little force to tighten or slacken the resistance of the stick.

Instead, we were left with clunky performance that really soured the experience. That said, we found the D-pad to work well in games where the pad is used as a weapon-selection tool. Moving beyond the D-pad, the Onza's dual analog sticks have a unique feature. Each stick is equipped with an adjustable tension dial that can increase or decrease its tightness. The two sticks can be adjusted individually.

We've never seen anything like this before in a controller and really enjoyed the customization it offers. We found the tension knobs to really be useful when playing first-person shooters, as with a tighter analog stick we felt our aim was more accurate.

Of course, the tension dials can be used in tandem with any type of game. For what it's worth, we found ourselves leaving the left stick alone and tightening up the right stick for play with shooters. The four Xbox face buttons carry a sort of "mouse click" feel.

Imagine what it's like to click a mouse button and then try and picture that same tactile feedback on a game controller. We're not completely sold on Razer's claims for its Hyperesponse controls, but there's no denying that they do feel good. Not nearly as much pressure is needed to hit one of the buttons, which could possibly improve the reaction time of some gamers.

The buttons also light up, which is a welcome bonus. Turning the controller around exposes the two triggers and the other feature we've really come to love about the Onza. In addition to the standard RB and LB bumpers on either side, the Onza has an extra shoulder button that can be bound to any other input other than an analog direction.
